Whom We Serve: Investors
Foreign investors are helping to fuel the U.S. economy, and there are different ways for them to obtain a visa or a “green card.”
For example, clients coming from countries that have relevant treaties with the United States may be eligible for a treaty trader visa (E1) or a treaty investor visa (E2). For all other clients, we often utilize a multinational manager/executive option (L1A visa) or other alternative solutions.
Large-scale foreign investors may be able to apply for permanent residence through the EB5 “Employment Creation” program, either by making a direct investment in a specific enterprise, or by investing in one of Regional Centers approved by USCIS.
When you call us or come in, we will assess your eligibility and find the best strategies in pursuing your case.
For clients who are outside of the U.S., we can do the consultations via electronic media such as Skype or Google Hangouts.
